Ashlar Pairs
Twenty-eight cards laid in a stone pyramid. Take free cards in pairs that total thirteen; Kings go alone. Turn the stock one card at a time, recycle it only a few times, and bring the whole pyramid down. The daily deal allows two recycles; the weekly deal allows one.

Maker’s note
Pyramid patience is the tidy little sum of the card table: a stack, a total and a stubborn last pair. Ours is a quiet stone pyramid with our own card faces, a pair-finder that glows the partners, and a hint that tells you the pair that frees the most. The same deal goes to everyone each day, each move is recorded as a move, and the quickest clean clear takes the top of the board.
