Eracade is a general-audience arcade for people aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Age

You must be at least 13 to use Eracade, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher (for example 14 to 16 in some EU countries). Where you are under 18 and the law requires it, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

What we collect today

Through the games we collect no personal information from anyone: no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. High scores, 3-letter initials and settings stay in the player's own browser. If someone emails us we receive their address and message, and our host Cloudflare processes ordinary network data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site (see the Privacy Policy).

United States: COPPA

We do not direct Eracade to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that a child under 13 has sent us personal information, we will delete it. If we ever add features that collect personal information, we will not allow under-13 use of them unless we have verifiable parental consent where required, and we will update this page first.

UK Children's Code and GDPR for children

Because teenagers may play, we keep the UK Age Appropriate Design Code (Children's Code) and the EU and UK GDPR rules for children in mind. Today we collect no personal information through the games, run no profiling or behavioural advertising, and offer calm mode for sensory comfort. Before launching any feature that processes personal data of people under 18 (such as accounts, leaderboards or ads), we will carry out the assessments the law requires, use high-privacy defaults, make sure any ads are suitable for the audience and not personalised where the law requires, and update this page and the Privacy Policy.

Tips for parents and guardians
