Letterlock
Guess the hidden five-letter word in six tries. Green tiles are right and in place, amber ones are in the word but somewhere else. Three words a run, and the daily set is the same for everyone.

How to play
- Type letters, Enter locks a guess in, Backspace deletes.
- Tab switches hard mode on before your first guess.
- Esc pauses.
On touch
- Tap the on-screen keys.
- Tap HARD before your first guess for hard mode, COPY to copy your coloured squares.
Every run starts on the title screen. Pause any time with P or the pause button; calm mode removes flashes and screen shake.
Maker’s note
Three five-letter words per run, six tries each, a 100 second clock per word. A solved word pays 100 plus 50 for every try you did not need, plus up to 180 for speed; hard mode (every green stays, every amber is reused) multiplies it by 1.5. Words come from a kid-safe list of about 980 common answers (over 2,100 words are accepted as guesses) and the set comes from the seed, so the daily set is the same for every player. Typed keys are recorded as logical moves and taps as taps, so the server replays the whole run. COPY gives you the result as coloured squares with no spoilers.
