Instructions
Sunset Slalom
A convertible, a coast road and a sun that will not wait. Thread slalom gates that alternate sides of the road to buy seconds back, build a streak, and brake for the bends. No boost, no fuel: only the clock.
- Year
- 1987
- Era
- Golden Arcade
- Genre
- Racing / Pseudo-3D
Free, no sign-up. Keyboard, touch or gamepad.
How to play
- Left / Right steer, Space or Down brake.
- The throttle is always on.
- P to pause.
On touch
- LEFT and RIGHT buttons steer, BRAKE button brakes.
Every run starts on the title screen. Pause any time with P or the pause button; calm mode removes flashes and screen shake.
Maker’s note
Clipping a gate post slows you and breaks the streak. The road and the gate positions come from a seed; gates get narrower and the top speed climbs the further you go.
