Five lifts, one bellhop. Hop between cars, collect guests and deliver them before patience runs out, then swap any two lifts programs on the fly to reroute the whole hotel. Tips are your score.

How to play
- Left/Right to hop between level lifts.
- Keys 1-5 (or Z/X) pick two lifts to swap.
- Touch: on-screen arrows, tap two lifts to swap.
- P to pause.

- Use the on-screen arrows to hop between lifts.
- Tap two lifts to swap their programs.
Every run starts on the title screen. Pause any time with P or the pause button; calm mode removes flashes and screen shake.
Designer’s note
Swapping what two lifts do is the verb we wanted: a single move that rearranges the whole room. The hotel is small enough to hold in your head, and busy enough that you will not. Patience bars are the clock, and tips are the score.
